Mr. Su is an accomplished entrepreneur/business development expert knowledgeable in all aspects of international business strategy and marketing since 1987.
He has extensive experience in international trade, business development, marketing management and strategic planning. Mr. Su has been instrumental in establishing a network of immigration brokers for the South Dakota Regional Center, Los Angeles Regional Center, Lake Buena Vista Regional Center, Palm Coast Regional Center, Idaho State Regional Center and the Idaho Regional Center.
He advises EB-5 executives and law firms on properly structuring regional center investment projects to attract immigration brokers and investors in China, South Korea, India and other Asian countries. Mr. Su is a leading authority in EB-5 marketing in Asia, operating the EB-5 Marketing and Field Support Center in China.
Mr. Su publishes a popular EB-5 news blog and is a requested speaker at many foreign investor seminars.
Joseph McCarthy, MS JD- Immigration Counsel
Mr. McCarthy’s primary area of legal expertise is Immigration Law, including all facets of EB-5 Regional Center and foreign investor immigration applications.
He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has successfully received USCIS approval for multiple EB-5 Regional Centers throughout the United States.
His legal practice also includes International Law, Business Law, with an emphasis on private placement memoranda (PPM) and partnership/limited partnership agreements, Litigation, Contract Negotiation and Environmental Law.
Mr. McCarthy holds a law degree with honors from the Seattle University School of Law, a M.S. in Hydrogeology & Aqueous Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines, and a B.A. in Geology from Whittier College.
Before co-founding McAdam & McCarthy in 2008, Mr. McCarthy's work experience included the Office of Executive Policy for the Governor of the State of Washington, several large international consulting firms and the United States Geological Survey.

Mr. McAdam holds a law degree from the UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Geology & Hydrology from Whittier College. His areas of specialization include Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, International Investment and Wealth Preservation Strategies, Commercial Litigation, Business Law, Emerging Technologies and Environmental Law.

Mr. McAdam is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California.
Michael Evans, Economist, PhD:
Dr. Evans has a lifetime of experience as one of the most well thought of economic minds of our time. He has in depth knowledge and specializes in RIMS II analysis. Dr. Evans has vast experience in preparing econometric reports for the EB-5 program. In fact, he has created over 150 successful EB-5 reports. Before focusing on EB-5 analysis, Dr. Evans was a clinical professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a professor of economics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he co-developed the Wharton Model. As a visiting lecturer at Hebrew University he built the economic model of the Israel economy. He is also credited with building the economic model of the French economy. As a member of the board of economics for the LA Times, Dr. Evans wrote a column every six weeks for the paper. He has also been a columnist for United Press International. As a consultant for the Senate Finance Committee, Dr. Evans built the first large-scale supply-side model of the U. S. economy. Additionally Dr. Evans has been a consultant to the U. S. Treasury, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and U. S. department of agriculture.
Richard March, Economist, PhD:
Dr. March has twenty-two years of experience as an economist performing Policy Relevant Economical and Statistical Research. He has in depth knowledge of IMPLAN, model. He has prepared over 50 IMPLAN analysis that have been used for determining job creation through the Regional Center program. Dr. March has vast experience in preparing econometric reports for various government agencies. He has been a team member on several studies commissioned by the Chesapeake Bay commission, the Florida State Government, and conducted research that resulted in the Virginia water laws. |
